I'm a self-publisher (Forever And A Day Publishing LLC) and I placed a card pack into the gift box of each contributing author couple in our first volume of our marriage anthology series, 'Marriage Stands, Commitment Wins: Vol. 1- Building a Strong Foundation.' In the gift box it was the print copy of the anthology, the coloring companion, crayons, colored pencils, a personalized note and either the Couples Edition or Long-Term Couples Edition - depending on the # of years the couple were married. Each couple shared they opened the cards immediately and have begun very intimate conversations!!! What a blessed gift. These cards are really well made, there is a deck for each person, it looks like a lot of fun, a great way to help your marriage feel alive! Simple rules too.
Make sure to read the cards before playing. I used it to play with some clients and I got mixed reviews. Some people don't like questions I suppose 🤷

I recently ordered The Skin Deep Kidulting Fun Couples Card Game, and I could totally see how it brings a genuinely fun spark of joy to a relationship. Unfortunately, my "partner" is a total stick in the mud and won't play. The prompts are clever and often hilarious, making it easy to share laughs and create memorable moments with a true partner.What I appreciate most is how the game encourages spontaneity and light-heartedness, which can add a refreshing twist to daily interactions. Each card can potentially lead to unexpected conversations that help connect couples in a fun way. It’s also a great gift idea for friends or as a unique date night activity. So far it’s been fun and challenging. We’ve gone through about 7 cards. The conversation between my spouse & myself has been great!

I absolutely loved the cards. I had an amazing date because of them. Most definitely recommend to anyone who wants to build a stronger connection to someone that they’re interested in.
This is a fun game for older teens. This is NOT ideal for anyone younger than ~16.

This is the 3rd or 4th set I’ve bought. I’ve bought the couples edition for friends and my parents, and recently bought the self edition for me. It has helped me so much with answering questions I did didn’t even know to ask myself. Self reflection is hard but it’s really help guide me in understanding where my thoughts are and how to put them in an order that makes sense.

This game was a wonderful experience to learn each other and how we both felt on a deeper level with each other and without each other it has helped get some difficult questions or deep thought questions out there in the open between us
Entertaining game that can make you feel like a kid again. Some of the challenges are things I wouldn't be comfortable doing or are simply inconvenient, but there are a lot of fun ones that can make for an interesting time. The rules are rather open-ended, so you can set the boundaries and how long you want things to go on for, which makes the game pretty flexible. I think it is more fun to use as a group game, of 3 to 5 people, than a 2 player game. Overall, it's a game that will give you a lot of laughs and entertainment, and push you a bit outside your comfort zone.
My husband and I have been together almost 10 years, so I wasn't sure if these cards would really work for us or if they would only ask questions we already knew the answer to.But I didn't need to worry. These questions are very deep and meaningful (and sometimes very uncomfortable), and they've sparked conversations we hadn't had before and ones we really needed to have.
I'm embarrassed to admit that my husband and I have probably only made it through 10 of these cards since opening the set... BUT here's the catch, we have collectively spent at least 6 hours on those 10 cards. COMPLETELY obsessed with the prompts, the phrasing of the questions, and the need to spend time connecting beforehand. We have been married 10 years and this helped me understand my husband a little bit better. Couldn't recommend enough!
I ordered this for snow in right before we were hit with the snow storm in Atlanta. This game was perfect for a new couple. Snowed in and bonding.
I bought this game to be part of a Christmas set, and it didn't disappoint! It's packaged really nicely, in a box that recalls the nostalgia of gaming as a kid, or the present-day motif of games like minecraft, and I like that the box is well made and feels sturdy. The gameplay itself isn't something I've experienced yet, but I'm looking forward to it, and excited for the playful vibes!
I bought this game to play with a guy that I’m seeing and it truly did help us get to know each other better.
Got this for my friends who are getting married. They are silly and spontaneous and competitive with each other and this game is the perfect thing to get them doing funny things together and have interesting date nights. Not for everyone but for a couple not afraid of doing funny and sometimes embarrassing things together this game will make for some LOL moments. We played it with them the night we gave it to them and we were all cracking up trying to one up each other with our goofy antics! Really fun couples game!
