Delivery & Returns Policy
**Please note**: All sales are final and may not be returned or cancelled.
Shipping
We estimate that your order will ship within 2-3 business days, although occasionally, holidays and other factors may impact these times. We’ll send an email with the tracking information as soon as your order ships.
International Shipping
International shipments may be subject to various fees including but not limited to import fees, custom fees, additional taxes, etc. The buyer is responsible for any of these fees.
Product Returns & Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your physical order if the product(s) are in their original condition + plastic wrapping and sent back to us within 14 days of the initial purchase. If the item is damaged, or the incorrect item was received, please email us within fourteen (14) days of the date your order is received. If more than 14 days have passed after date of purchase we cannot be held responsible for faulty or damaged orders and cannot process any refund or exchange.
Due to the unique nature of our digital toolkits and card decks we cannot offer any return or exchange on digital products regardless of reason or time period.
Please keep in mind that you’ll be responsible for all delivery costs. If you would like to initiate an exchange, please contact us here.
If your order was damaged or faulty upon delivery, please contact us here providing your name, order number, description of the issue and please attach an photo of the incorrect or damaged products. Exchanges for these types of returns are considered on a case by case basis. We do not accept returns for refunds.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any digital product.
Issues With Delivery
Deliveries will be fulfilled to the address + recipient provided upon checkout. Our orders are processed immediately and automatically by our fulfillment center, so we’re unable to make any changes to the shipping address, merchandise, or contact information once you've placed an order. Please make sure you’ve entered your correct contact and shipping information, as well as the right products you wish to purchase before you finalize and place your order.
If we are unable to complete delivery due to incorrect shipping information, your package may be sent back to our fulfillment center. If the package is returned, you’ll have the option to pay for postage to have it shipped back to you or we can arrange a refund. Please note we will be unable to refund any of the original shipping costs.
Please keep in mind orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees.
Cancelations
We completely understand you may change your mind about your order! In most cases, because orders are processed automatically by our fulfillment center, we won’t be able to stop them from shipping. If you let us know at contact@theskindeep.com within 12hrs of placing your order that you’d like to cancel it, we'll do our best to stop it from processing. If we aren’t able to, we’ll work with you as best we can to process your order within our existing exchange policy. Please see above for more details.
